When clinically appropriate, treatment options — including hormone health, thyroid care, metabolic support, and other evidence-based approaches — are discussed with your provider during the consult and individualized to your labs and history. Two easy options. You can have a Getlabs mobile phlebotomist come to your home or office at a time that works for you — including early mornings and weekends — and they hand-deliver your samples to Labcorp or Quest. Or you can walk into any nearby Labcorp or Quest draw site. Either way, labs are billed to your insurance whenever possible.

What if it turns out not to be the right fit?

The First-Visit Promise: A 12-month membership is a real commitment, so we take the risk out of it. If after your first new-patient visit either you or Erin feels Prévant isn't the right fit, you can cancel within 7 days of that visit — and you'll only pay for one month ($349) instead of the year. After the 7-day window, the 12-month membership applies. And if you cancel more than 24 hours before your first visit, you're never charged at all. We want you here because it's working — not because you're locked in.

Is functional medicine covered by insurance at Prévant Health?

Prévant Health does not bill insurance for membership or visits. Functional medicine coverage varies by practice, service, and insurance plan. Standard labs and imaging through outside partners may be billed to your insurance, subject to your plan's coverage, deductible, and network rules; specialty testing may be self-pay. On request, we provide a superbill for you to submit for potential out-of-network reimbursement, but reimbursement is not guaranteed. Ask your insurer about coverage before committing to testing.
