Erin is the Founder and Provider at Prévant Health, caring for adults and families across Idaho and 27 other states. She earned her B.S. from UCLA and her M.S.N. from Vanderbilt University.
As a Menopause Society Certified Practitioner (MSCP) with advanced training through the Institute for Functional Medicine and Apollo Health's ReCODE 2.0, Erin focuses on hormones, cardiovascular health, Alzheimer's prevention, and longevity.
